Dr. Gardner earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Utah in Medical Biology before attending dental school. Dr. Gardner received his doctorate of dental surgery from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, one of the top three schools in the nation, in 1999. He graduated in the top ten percent of his class. Since graduation Dr. Gardner has trained extensively in cosmetic procedures, IV sedation, root canal therapy, dental implants, laser gum therapy, orthodontics, Invisalign and Cerec one visit crown restorations. Dr. Gardner did his training in IV and oral sedation at the University of Southern California and is one of an elite group of dentists to hold an IV sedation permit in the state of Arizona. He is also one of only 600 dentists nationally who have trained at the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry and is licensed to perform Laser Periodontal Therapy.
